The Collective Eternal
The Collective Eternal is a group dedicated to spreading awareness about closed species and adoptables. My community would be primarily the owners of closed species, and artists and writers interested in participating in the adoptable scene, especially to introduce those who are new to the scene to what adoptables and closed species actually are and how they can participate.
Closed species adoptables in particular have a very community-driven aspect to them, with many of these groups having an Art-based Role Playing Game or ARPG that the members can participate in either by drawing or writing.
The whole point of adoptables and closed species is to create and/or purchase characters and then give them a name and a story, and interacting with others who are also creating their own characters is one of the biggest draws about the scene. Community members get to know other people's characters, create connections between characters, and draw and write about the characters that they and their friends own.
It's a great creative outlet for many people, and my focus was on introducing new people to the idea of participating in the community. I initially wanted to have my community focus a little more on fostering relations between existing members of the community, and I feel like I did do that a little bit, but mostly it turned towards introducing new people to the hobby of creating and collecting adoptable characters. I particularly focused on the creation of closed species as a subset of adoptables that people could participate in, and the manner in which they were created and managed. I invite anyone who seeks a creative outlet for a hobby to check out the world of adoptables and closed species because the friends you make can be amazing and participating in the groups and activities is really very fun!
